Der Ringlock Ledger ist ein wichtiges horizontales Element im Ringlock-Ger\u00fcstsystem und soll f\u00fcr stabilen Halt und Sicherheit auf Baustellen sorgen.<\/p>

Die Querriegel werden mit dem gegossenen Ende mit dem unverlierbaren Keil an den vertikalen Pfosten angeschlossen, der als horizontale St\u00fctze f\u00fcr Bohlen oder als Kantenschutz f\u00fcr Gel\u00e4nder dienen kann. Diese Verbindung ist extrem stabil und verhindert das Auftreten loser Komponenten.<\/p>

Der Riegel wird an beiden Enden mit Laserd\u00fcbeln laserverschwei\u00dft, die dann in die Rosetten eingesteckt werden und so eine sichere und stabile Verbindung bilden. Dieses System ist auf maximale Stabilit\u00e4t und Sicherheit der gesamten Ger\u00fcstkonstruktion ausgelegt und ist somit eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Wahl f\u00fcr verschiedene Bauprojekte.<\/p>

Das APAC Ringlock-Ger\u00fcstsystem mit feuerverzinkter Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung l\u00e4sst sich leicht installieren und demontieren. Im Vergleich zu Stahlrohren mit Kupplungen ist das Ringlock-Ger\u00fcstsystem 2- bis 3-mal effizienter zu installieren und zu demontieren als das Cuplock-Ger\u00fcstsystem, jedoch nur bei halber Stahlnutzung und 75%-Investitionskosten.<\/p>

Feinguss und Sandguss sind zwei Verfahren in der Gie\u00dfereiindustrie, jedes hat seine eigenen Vor- und Nachteile. Im Folgenden finden Sie eine Einf\u00fchrung in die Unterschiede zwischen Feinguss und Sandguss.<\/p>

1) Pr\u00e4zisionsguss.<\/p>

Zuerst werden die Wachsteile hergestellt, das ist der Abschluss des Gussvorgangs. Dann wird die Aufschl\u00e4mmung und der klebrige Sand auf die Wachsform gegossen, sodass sich auf der Au\u00dfenseite der Wachsteile eine feste Schale bildet. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Wachs erhitzt, das Wasser aus Stahl oder Aluminium in die leere Schale gegossen, die Schale abgek\u00fchlt und vibriert. So erhalten Sie den gew\u00fcnschten Guss. Hochwertiges \u00e4u\u00dferes Erscheinungsbild, feine Gussteile und pr\u00e4zise Abmessungen.<\/p>

2) Sandguss.<\/p>

Beim Sandguss, auch Sanddrehen genannt, wird zun\u00e4chst ein Gussteil aus Holz hergestellt. Normalerweise wird Holz als Material verwendet, aber auch Metall ist geeignet. Das Holz wird in Sand eingegraben und dann wird das Holz entfernt, sodass der Sand Hohlr\u00e4ume bildet. Gie\u00dfen Sie den Stahl aus den Hohlr\u00e4umen. Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen erhalten Sie die gew\u00fcnschte Gussform. Sandgussteile weisen eine schlechte \u00e4u\u00dfere Qualit\u00e4t auf und sind nicht so genau wie Feingussteile, aber die Kosten sind niedriger als bei Feingussteilen.<\/p>

Bei sehr gro\u00dfen Chargen ist es besser, eine Druckgussform zu verwenden, da diese eine hohe Leistung und niedrige St\u00fcckkosten bietet.
