Zu den Ursachen dieser Unf\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen St\u00fcrze von der Vorderkante die gef\u00e4hrlichste T\u00e4tigkeit sein.<\/p><p>Das Ziel der <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/apacsafety.com\/de\/edge-protection\/\">Kantenschutzsystem<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(EPS) soll das Risiko von St\u00fcrzen von Vorderkanten verringern und so zur Verbesserung und F\u00f6rderung der Sicherheit in der Bauindustrie beitragen.<\/p><p>In diesem Blog m\u00f6chte ich weitere Informationen zu EPS mit Ihnen teilen, darunter den Designstandard und die Einzelheiten des EPS, die Feldanwendungen dieser Systeme und Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung und Standardisierung des EPS aus meiner Sicht.<\/p><p>\u25b6 Was ist EPS (Kantenschutz-System)?<\/p><p>Kantenschutz gibt es in den unterschiedlichsten Formen, er ist besonders dann n\u00fctzlich, wenn es darum geht, Personen vor St\u00fcrzen von einer Vorderkante zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p><p>Das Kantenschutzsystem kommt bei allen Arten von im Bau befindlichen Geb\u00e4uden zum Einsatz, nat\u00fcrlich bei gro\u00dfen Gewerbebauten, auf Baustellen f\u00fcr die Infrastruktur des Tiefbaus, bei Wohngeb\u00e4uden, bei Portalrahmengeb\u00e4uden, die h\u00e4ufig in der Lagerhaltung usw. verwendet werden, bei der Sanierung von Flachd\u00e4chern. Au\u00dferdem dient es dem Schutz von Personen vor St\u00fcrzen beim Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen sowie vor St\u00fcrzen in Baugruben und andere tiefe L\u00f6cher.<\/p><p>Normalerweise enth\u00e4lt die EPS keine Ger\u00fcste, da die <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/apacsafety.com\/de\/as-nzs-1576-12010-scaffolding\/\">Normen f\u00fcr Ger\u00fcste<\/a> <\/span>und die Art und Weise der Ger\u00fcstanwendung sind sehr unterschiedlich.<\/p><p>\u25b6 Wie funktioniert das Kantenschutzsystem?<\/p><p>Nat\u00fcrlich geht es bei den meisten Seitenschutzsystemen um die Maschendrahtpaneele, eine Auswahl der verschiedenen Hersteller seht ihr hier, sie sind im Detail sehr unterschiedlich, haben aber \u00e4hnliche Eigenschaften. Das Kantenschutzsystem muss offensichtlich am vorgefertigten Element oder am Stahltr\u00e4ger angebracht werden, bevor es an seinen Platz gehoben wird.<\/p><p>\u25b6 Wie erfolgt die Klassifizierung verschiedener Kantenschutzsysteme?<\/p><p>BS EN 1 3374 spezifiziert drei Klassen f\u00fcr Kantenschutz: Klasse A, Klasse B und Klasse C.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><b>Klasse A<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>Klasse A ist f\u00fcr Anwendungen auf Flachd\u00e4chern und -platten vorgesehen und kann verwendet werden, wenn der Winkel weniger als 10 Grad betr\u00e4gt. Solche Kantenschutzsysteme sind nur f\u00fcr statische Belastungen ausgelegt, und 470 mm, die durch die Kantenschutzgel\u00e4nder gehen sollen, sind der maximale Abstand zwischen den horizontalen Elementen. Eine Kugel mit 100 mm Durchmesser darf den Schutz also nicht durchdringen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Klasse C darf verwendet werden, wenn der Winkel zwischen 30 und 45 Grad ohne Begrenzung der Fallh\u00f6he liegt, bzw. zwischen 45 und 60 Grad und die Fallh\u00f6he weniger als 5m betr\u00e4gt.<\/p><p>Klasse C wird gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils durch weiche Netze gew\u00e4hrleistet. Der Grund hierf\u00fcr liegt darin, dass herunterrollende Gegenst\u00e4nde hohe dynamische Kr\u00e4fte erzeugen k\u00f6nnen.
