Le moulage de pr\u00e9cision et le moulage au sable sont deux m\u00e9thodes dans l'industrie du moulage, chacune ayant ses propres avantages et inconv\u00e9nients. Voici une introduction aux diff\u00e9rences entre le moulage de pr\u00e9cision et le moulage au sable.<\/p>

1) Coul\u00e9e de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces en cire, c'est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 terminer le moulage, puis \u00e0 accrocher la boue sur le moule en cire, du sable collant, de sorte qu'il forme une coque solide \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur des pi\u00e8ces en cire, puis \u00e0 chauffer, \u00e0 \u00e9goutter la cire, \u00e0 verser de l'eau en acier ou en aluminium dans la coque vide, \u00e0 refroidir et \u00e0 faire vibrer la coque, vous pouvez obtenir le moulage souhait\u00e9. Le moulage au sable, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de tournage au sable, est d'abord r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de bois pour r\u00e9aliser la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Le mat\u00e9riau g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement choisi est le bois, mais aussi le type de m\u00e9tal utile, le type de bois est enterr\u00e9 dans le sable, puis le type de bois est retir\u00e9, de sorte que le type de sable soit dans une cavit\u00e9.
