Notre usine de b\u00e2ches est situ\u00e9e dans la province du Zhejiang, fabriquant une vaste gamme de produits de b\u00e2ches en PVC renforc\u00e9 ou en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des b\u00e2ches de toit en keder, des b\u00e2ches \u00e0 neige, des rev\u00eatements d'architecture, des b\u00e2ches en PVC et des b\u00e2ches d'\u00e9chafaudage de construction.
Notre d\u00e9partement PVC ou toile g\u00e8re des tissus de 500 g\/m\u00b2 et plus en utilisant la conception CAO, des tables de d\u00e9coupe laser contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par ordinateur et 5 soudeuses haute fr\u00e9quence modernes pour permettre une fabrication rapide et pr\u00e9cise de b\u00e2ches en PVC jusqu'\u00e0 1 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s par jour.
L'usine dispose \u00e9galement d'une machine de soudage HF mobile automatique moderne pour les charges de production plus lourdes et les tissus renforc\u00e9s tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants, fournissant efficacement une surface soud\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 plus longue avec un seul cycle de soudage, par exemple, les t\u00f4les de toit en keder.
Nous utilisons des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9 provenant uniquement de fournisseurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s qualit\u00e9, et tous les traitements de finition sont effectu\u00e9s en interne via notre propre ligne de production par nos travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s et contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par des contr\u00f4les qualit\u00e9.
