RATCHET STRAP
Ratchet straps are also known as tie down strap or lashing straps. They are fasteners used to secure goods or equipment during transport. Ratchet straps are essentially webbing straps equipped with tie-down hardware. The hardware allows the ratchet straps to be attached to the area around the goods or equipment, to wrap around the goods or equipment, and/or to attach to the goods or equipment. It also typically includes a method of tensioning the strap, such as a ratchet.

APAC manufactures high quality ratchet straps for tensioning the keder roof sheeting. They keep the tarpaulin tight on the roof to avoid the accumulation of rain and snow, we mainly provide ratchet straps in two sizes and different lengths for our temporary roof system, 1 inch width and 2 inches width.
Each ratchet strap is fitted with waterproof cloth safety labels and marked with a safe load range to prevent workers from overloading the straps and causing unnecessary safety accidents.
1″ width Ratchet Straps w/ hook
Used in conjunction with the Sheet Tension Bars, these 1″ (25mm) width ratchet straps secure and tension the roof sheeting to the supporting structure at the eaves. They have a Ultimate tensile strength of 10KN (1,000kg) , safe working load of 3KN(300kg)based on the safety factor 3.3:1 per sheet, four at each eaves position.

Used In conjunction with the Sheet Pulling Clamp, these 2″ (50mm）width ratchet straps secure and tension the roof sheeting to the supporting structureat the eaves. They have a Ultimate tensile strength of 50KN (1,000kg) , safe working load of 15KN(1515kg)based on the safety factor 3.3:1 per sheet,, four at each eaves position.
