Ringlock scaffolding diagonal brace is made of Q235 48.3 × 2.5mm tube, two casting brace heads, and wedges assembled at two sides, perfectly working with ledgers and standards.

The entire product processing has to go through more than 20 procedures, and each procedure reduces the interference of human factors as possible. We use automatic welding machines to achieve high accuracy.
The hot-dip galvanized finish and high strength low alloy structural steel is the reason behind the added strength and durability.

Why ringlock SCAFFOLDING system is popular in construction?

Compared with other scaffolding systems, Ringlock scaffolding has few basic components. The vertical standard is welded by rosette with eight holes, four larger holes to connect diagonal brace and the other four small holes to connect ledgers.
Scaffolding joint is created by sliding the head into the rosette and inserting the wedge into one of these holes. This protects the component from falling out or shifting. By gently tapping the wedge with a hammer, it creates a rigid connection between the components. The latch has a self-locking function, which completely avoids unsafe factors during the operation.
Due to the fewer components and convenient assemble, the fees will be saved about one-third.
