Fire Retardant Containment Mesh

Fire retardant containment mesh is a composite product that is made from three layers of materials. The three layers are visible into two larger grid layers on the exterior and a smaller mesh layer. The fire retardant containment mesh is a composite product that is manufactured in three layers. The manufacturers fabricate the two exterior layers with steel wires and coat them with polyethylene (PE) layer straps. The PE material offers high flexibility, toughness, and mechanical properties, with the embedded steel wire contributing high tensile strength to the material.

This PE coated steel wire is used in grid patterns to provide extra reinforcement in the containment mesh. These are designed to support large and heavier objects. The grid sizes are available for 50 mm * 50 mm (±3mm). The smaller the grid size you choose, the higher strength you can expect.

The middle layer is a mesh structure made from different types of fabrics. The standard fabric used in manufacturing is High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) material. This part is designed with small apertures to capture small-sized debris and objects.
