Key Features of Keder Roof Sheeting
The standard Keder roof sheeting is manufactured in 5m length increments, and custom lengths can be ordered to meet specific requirements. Our waterproof tarpaulins strictly adhere to the standard BS 7955.
Our temporary roof cover sheets are crafted from high-quality PVC-coated polyester textile sheet with acrylic lacquer and come with an anti-UV guarantee. The weight of our PVC polyester fabric for keder roofing membranes is 650gm/m2. Furthermore, the standard color of our PVC Fabric Sheeting is white, tear-resistant, and equipped with nylon keder beads along each edge. It meets rigorous European flame retardant standards DIN 4102 B1.

Our keder roof sheeting is designed to fit various roof bay widths of the roof scaffold system. The edges of the keder track sheetings are fitted with 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm keder beads, which are then inserted into the aluminum keder rail mounted above the top cord of the truss ledger. Additionally, our keder roof sheeting is constructed with internal pockets to accommodate different spans of the scaffold roof structure.
All APAC keder roof sheeting is meticulously designed using AutoCAD or similar programs and cuts with state-of-the-art flatbed cutting machines to ensure consistent dimensions. The high-frequency welding machines used in the manufacturing process ensure that all weld seams are securely sealed, providing a water-tight and reliable weather protection solution.
