Professional grade putlog coupler
We offer two advanced surface treatments for your Putlog couplers:
Electro galvanization
A homogeneous and dense zinc layer is deposited electrochemically on the coupler surface. This layer of zinc provides an effective barrier against air and oxidative corrosion and also offers excellent resistance to wear and tear. Putlog couplers with zinc electro-galvanized finish have a smooth, glossy surface that is easy to clean and maintain, making them suitable for aesthetically pleasing construction projects.
Hot-dip galvanized
The coupler is immersed in a molten zinc solution, and the high temperature causes the zinc to metallurgically bond with the substrate, forming a thick layer of zinc-iron alloy. This treatment gives the coupler extreme resistance to corrosion and abrasion, maintaining stable performance over time, even under harsh environmental conditions. Hot-dip galvanized Putlog couplers are particularly suitable for outdoor work or highly corrosive environments, ensuring safe and long-lasting projects.
The more common scaffolding fasteners in the market are generally adapted to the standard 48.3mm, but in order to meet the special needs of different industries and projects, our factory is not only proficient in producing fasteners of this size, but also in providing a series of non-standard sizes of steel pipe fasteners. We cover a number of size ranges, including but not limited to 38mm, 42mm, 60mm, 64mm, 76mm, etc., to ensure that every different size of steel pipe can find a fastener that matches it perfectly.
